Back to basics...

You can detail them out, since you have more time ;)

Drawing becomes easier, and just flows, at least sometimes, from the pencil.

The figures are coming together, and they have personalities and don't look all the same... well, except for the chest, perhaps ;)

Character creation is when you draw the same figure, here a superheroin, from various angles and poses. Never gave her a name, but she was fun to draw.

Sometimes I work in color... I inked this by hand, but the coloring was done in Photoshop. It was fun to do the shading on such a curvaceous figure.

Okay, her legs are attached wrong to her body, I know, I know... But I like the dress and shoulders, and if you moved the legs just a little... It'd be pretty good :)

Trying to get the flow right. Not sure I did...

Feeling low, with a Nekko!

Hello there...

Ahem...

Working on faces...

This one is, as far as I'm concerned, the first one where I got the whole body and head looking like they fit together, in an ambitious pose. VERY happy with this one.

Getting tricky, but I think I got the foreshortening right, the clothing's pretty good, and I like how she's holding the gun. The gun itself sucks, but hey...

Then you dress them up (well....)

Sometimes you try something difficult and it comes out great!

Sometimes the face is good and the torso sucks...

You try poses...

Slowly you get better...

Practice, practice, practice...

What happens when I don't practice for a while...

An experiment in foreshortening...
